जो वादा किया उसे निभाया करो
निभाना उसे  न भूल जाया करो

हद से बढ़कर न चाहो कोई बात नहीं
कानो में अपने दुःख-दर्द सुनाया करो

युही कभी बीछौने में लेटे रहा करो
कभी ग़ज़ल मेरी पढ़ो पढ़ाया करो

टूटकर बिखेरती है खुशबू हौले हौले
फूलों जैसे जियो और जिया करो

कितने नादाँ लापरवाह हो तुम 'रऊफ'
इश्क़ दी गलियों मे न जाया करो

Jo vadaa kiyaa use nibhaya karo
nibhanaa use na bhool jaya karo

Hadd se bhadkar na chaho koyi baat nahi
kano mein apne dukh-dard sunaya karo

Tootkar bikherti hain kushboo haule haule 
phoolon jaise jiyo aur jiya karo

Yuhi kabhi bichaune mein lete raha karo
kabhi ghazal meri padho padhaya karo

Kitne nadaa laparwah ho tum 'Rauf'
ishq di galiyon mein na jaya karo

Reason For This: 

जो वादा किया उसे निभाया करो

निभाना उसे  न भूल जाया करो

Was waiting for a 'call in a bit', but ring the smartphone didn't ... know for two reasons why it didn't .... either she would have understood everything I wanted to convey that I texted her  ... or she was .... I wouldn't tell ... though imagine the portrait of a girl with drooping eyes ... that may be reason for not calling ... God knows, Krishna knows ....

Reason for This:

हद से बढ़कर न चाहो कोई बात नहीं
कानो में अपने दुःख-दर्द सुनाया करो

Want to know everything about her, especially her difficulties, sorrows etc etc ... so that she shouldn't fight it alone ... I am there as always, even if I am perched in any corners of the world

Reason for this couplet:

टूटकर बिखेरती है खुशबू हौले हौले
फूलों जैसे जियो और जिया करो

It was a piece of advise to her ... she knows it all that better ... I needn't tell ... Hey let some secrets be with me as they are caged in a woman's heart ... women those mysterious godly beings ... wonderful they are
